Revitalization of Crown Cork & Seal’s Site

The revitalization of the site of the former Crown factory, on the corner of Sauvé and Meilleur Street, restores the residential nature of the neighborhood. This lot, in a mainly industrial area, is converted into low-rise condominiums (3 floors plus basement) and hosts a diversity of housing typology of 3 ½, 4 ½ and 5 ½.
